STARA BEST is a Boston based musician who blends raw Rock ‘n’ Roll energy with catchy pop hooks to create a unique and powerful sound. Built on her concept of REAL music - a style that embeds creativity, honesty, and most of all, the steadfast desire to engage with her fans through high energy live performances. Her work is authentic and it’s a form devoid of manufactured music, overproduction and the use of AI.

Still a teenager, STARA BEST brings versatility to the stage, performing on guitar, flute, piano and ukulele. Her influences include bands like Paramore, Veruca Salt, Nirvana and Queen. With her thoughtful lyrics, music and high energy gigs, her intent is for the audience to never look away nor stop smiling.

STARA BEST is originally from South Africa and released her debut album An Eruption of Thoughts in October of 2024 and has since released an EP entitled Outside The Gates. Her new album will be released in early 2026.
